luncheon for the two days of the symposium along with coffee and
tea breaks. Conference bag also provided.

*Companions $50.00
*Companions of participants who
wish to receive the conference hotel rates and/or who wish to
participate in conference events and activities (i.e., panels,
meals, receptions, etc.)
All participants must prepay. There
