	Conference Registration Form Caribbean Arts and Culture Symposium March 23 - 25, 2012 Registration fee includes continental breakfast and buffet luncheon for the two days of the symposium along with coffee and tea breaks. Conference bag also provided. Artists, Designers, and Professors: $125.00 Graduate Students: $100.00 Undergraduate Students: $75.00 Companions $50.00 Companions of participants who wish to receive the conference hotel rates and/or who wish to participate in conference events and activities (i.e., panels, meals, receptions, etc.) All participants must prepay.
